Europe today is a continent attached to the continent of Asia. But during the age of the dinosaurs Europe was a group of Islands in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. During the Jurassic, Europe was small chain of islands of the coast of Africa and Asia even by the end of the age of dinosaurs Europe was still group of islands. Many dinosaurs lived on these island during the age of dinosaurs such as Iguanodon. The first birds appeared during the Jurassic in Europe known as Archaeopteryx. These are just a small sample of the many wonderful creatures that are found in Europe.
